Avibes Workout Studio Policies and Guidelines
Welcome to Eburn fitness! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our members, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies:
1. Membership and Access:
- All members must have a valid and current membership to access the workout studio.
- Members must check in at the front desk before entering any workout area.
- Membership cards must be presented upon request to mark the used session.
2. Class Bookings:
- Booking is mandatory for Eburn fitness classes, as our classes are limited to specific number depend in the class type.
- Classes can be booked in advance through our website, calling or whatsup Eburn fitness number “0502791781” or at the front desk.
- Walk-ins are allowed only if the class is not full.
- If there is a high demand, we will add more classes to accommodate our members.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- Booked classes can be canceled anytime up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations or no-shows are allowed twice a month for emergency purposes only.
- Freezing membership is not allowed.
- No refund.
4. Medical Condition Checklist:
- Members with pre-existing medical conditions or concerns should declare them to the studio.
- It is recommended that members with medical conditions seek advice from their healthcare provider before engaging in strenuous physical activities.
- If you have any of the following conditions, please consult with our staff before participating in classes:
- Cardiovascular conditions
- Respiratory conditions
- Musculoskeletal conditions
- High blood pressure
- Diabetes
- Any other medical conditions that may affect your ability to exercise
5. Attire and Hygiene:
- Proper workout attire, including athletic shoes, must be worn in all workout areas.
- Members are expected to maintain good personal hygiene to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for everyone.
6. Equipment Usage:
- Members should use equipment responsibly and follow proper usage guidelines.
- Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the staff immediately.
7. Safety First:
- Members are responsible for using equipment and participating in classes in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury.
- Follow instructions provided by instructors and staff for your safety.
- In case of an emergency, follow evacuation procedures and cooperate with staff.
8. Respect for Others:
- Respect the personal space and privacy of fellow members.
- Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially in designated quiet areas.
- Report any inappropriate behavior to the staff.
9. Cleanliness:
- For the safety of all participants, kids are not allowed in adult classes.
- We offer separate classes specifically designed for children.
- Children must be supervised at all times in common areas.
10. Child Safety:
- Help us maintain a clean environment by disposing of trash properly.
- Use the provided sanitizing stations to clean hands and equipment.
11. Photography and Videography:
- Respect the privacy of others; refrain from taking photos or videos without permission.
12. Compliance:
- Members are expected to comply with all posted rules and guidelines.
- Failure to adhere to the policies may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership.
